  • Digital products (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly via email download link after payment is confirmed.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard delivery times within the United States are 5–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • International shipping is available; delivery times and rates vary by destination.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship hard copy books worldwide, but delivery times may vary depending on local postal services.

  • Digital products (ebooks and audiobooks) can be purchased and accessed globally.


5. Delays

  • While we strive to deliver orders on time, unexpected delays caused by postal services, customs, or high demand may occur.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
