1. What types of books are available?
We offer hard copy books, ebooks, and audiobooks written by Dr. Rodney A. Goss. Each format can be purchased directly from our online store.
2. How do I receive my ebook or audiobook after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an instant download link via email. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for the email.
3. How long does shipping take for hard copy books?
Orders are typically processed within 2β3 business days. Standard delivery within the U.S. takes 5β7 business days. International orders may take longer depending on your location.
4. Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for books, ebooks, or audiobooks. If your hard copy book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
